stretching further than the eye can see,
further than the hand can grasp,
further than the mind can comprehend.
a black ocean
an endless sky
and across it, strewn almost carelessly
as if spilt from a broken hourglass
ten hundred thoudand million infentesimile grains of sand
that twinkle with a lustre that far surpasses thier apparent size
How can the human mind be expected to precess such a spectical?
If I do not return indoors and cease to think of such immensity
then surely the visual jellies in my head will swell unt
Sight, meserising.
Like oriental dragons, it
Spins, cartwheels, climbs, dissapates.
Touch, thin air.
Like a grey ribbon, it
Wavers, gathers, twirls, knots, frays.
Scent, exotic night.
Like sea waves breaking, it
Pools, spreads, rolls, journeys on
journeys out
journeys up,
Vanishes.
Sound, silence.
